Barbeito classifies its wines into three categories. On one hand, there are the wines produced in selected barrels, which he encompasses under the title Single Cask. The Single Harvest category consists of single-varietal wines from single vintages produced with the island's traditional grapes (Sercial, Verdelho, Boal, Malvasia, and Tinta Negra).
