It's our Clockwork Orange, because life sometimes applies agonizing pressure that we just try to bear. Here, we transfer the mechanical pressure to the skins, which is a very healthy way of coping. Honey orange color, very exuberant nose, notes of candied orange, some quince almost hints of late harvest.
