Ermo Wines

Ermo is a personal project by Mariana Roque do Vale that brings together some of her greatest passions: wines that tell a story about the place where they were produced, respect for nature, design and architecture. With a curatorial approach, Ermo is a pioneering, authorial project, made of enthusiasm, wonder and rigor, uniting wine, architecture, landscape and culture. From the beginning, the intention was to take Alentejo wines further, creating low-intervention, limited-production wines that combine the best of the region's soils, the best of its people, precision viticulture and oenology with character.
