How do I change or cancel an order I've already placed?

How do I place an order on the Bons Bagos website?

What is the delivery time for orders?

After the order is dispatched from BONS BAGOS' facilities, it will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days to mainland Portugal and approximately 5 business days to the islands of Madeira and the Azores.

When will the order be shipped?

The order will be shipped as soon as payment is cleared. Shipping may occur on the same day payment is received or within 48 hours.

To which countries does Bons Bagos ship?

We currently only ship to Portugal. If you reside in another country and wish to place an order on the website, you must contact us via email. geral@bonsbagos.com .

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the number of products ordered and the delivery address. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you place an order of €75 or more, shipping is free to mainland Portugal.
