Infinitude

A family project, the result of a desire to continue the legacy of generations of wine producers with roots in Madeira and the Douro. Grown in the seclusion of the Sintra mountains, the Pinot Noir and Merlot grape varieties find a microclimate protected from the Atlantic winds, with dewy mornings and summers tempered by mist. Planted in “hard soil”, they are harvested separately and the grapes are carefully vinified using the classic “tanning” process. They are then aged in small oak barrels at the legendary Adega Cooperativa de Colares. The result is dry and delicate wines, with saline notes. Full of complexity and freshness, with great potential for aging in the bottle. An elegant invitation to celebrate, enjoy or simply contemplate on countless occasions.
