PP Wines

Pedro Pimentel Pereira was born in Alcobaça in 1988. The grandson and great-grandson of renowned winemakers at the time, he soon showed a keen interest in wine. He continued his higher education with a basic agricultural training at the Escola Superior Agrária de Coimbra and completed a postgraduate degree in Oenology at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In 2015, after gaining professional experience in several companies in the sector and analysing some problems and gaps in the market, he decided to put the knowledge he had acquired into practice and help small and medium-sized producers to boost their wines and productions through specialised and personalised consultancy. Passionate about the terroir and minimal intervention, this is where his creations of authentic terroir wines come from, demonstrating coherence, purity and truth in what he does, with his main focus and objective being to achieve maximum excellence.
