Technical Sheet
  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Grapes are selected at the time of harvest and transported in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press at controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep, intense ruby color. Concentrated, elegant aroma, marked by black berries and very ripe red fruit and notes of spices well integrated with the toasted aromas of the barrel. Full-bodied on the palate, marked by vibrant acidity and balanced tannins, resulting in a persistent finish that takes us "flying" through our Douro.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
