3000 Rosas is a wine crafted to be harmonious and empathetic, as well as representative of our terroir ; it's a rosé where aesthetics are paramount. It has a pale salmon color with a bright appearance. The nose offers notes of peach and a light minerality, complemented by elegant touches of oak. On the palate, it is fresh, slightly saline, balanced, and offers pleasant sensations of texture and intensity.

  • Soil: Parcels of Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, exclusively dedicated to rosé production, since 2017.
  • Winemaking: Hand-harvested, the bunches are carefully transported to a cold chamber to prevent oxidation and color loss. In the winery, grapes are sorted on a sorting conveyor belt, and the grapes are lightly crushed centrifugally, followed by cold pressing. The must decant for approximately 48 hours in stainless steel tanks, then fermentation begins. Half is stored in used and new 225L and 500L French oak barrels, and the other half in stainless steel tanks.
  • Tasting Notes: A salmon-colored wine with a bright appearance. The nose has notes of peach and light minerality, along with elegant touches of barrel. On the palate, it is fresh, slightly saline, and balanced, with pleasant sensations of texture and intensity.
  • Maturation: Half of the batch was aged in used and new 225L and 500L French oak barrels, and the other half in stainless steel tanks. Finally, it was aged on fine lees for about 6 months with bâtonnage.
