  • Soil: Clay soil.
  • Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 14ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Straw colored with a crystalline appearance. It has a very subtle aroma, full of honey and dried fruits. In the mouth it is balanced and dense.
  • Maturation: Aged in contact with fine lees for 1 year in new American barrels and 6 months in new French oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
