  • Soil: Old vines over 60 years old, located at an altitude of 500m on soils of granite origin and transition from schist/granite.
  • Winemaking: Reception with total destemming, followed by pressing. Clarification at 7°C for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at approximately 17°C.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromas of stone fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers, with a slight hint of wet stone. Fresh and intense flavor, but also with volume and structure, presenting a very balanced finish.
  • Maturation: 5 months in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage for 3 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
