Canada do Monte is a wine with a citrus-straw yellow color, with an aroma of iodine, salt and lime blossom. In the mouth, it has a dense, concentrated attack, with acidity that cuts through the middle and lasts until the end of the tasting. The salt and iodine are a “slap” from the sea.
