Dedo do Meio Tinto is a wine with an opaque garnet color in violet hues. It has an aroma of ripe red fruits. It is a complex, dense wine, very smooth on the palate, with robust tannins that have aged in new French and new American oak barrels, providing a long finish.

  • Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 24º C
  • Tasting Notes: Opaque garnet color with violet tones. It has an aroma of ripe red fruits. It is a complex, dense wine, very smooth on the palate, with robust tannins that have aged in new French oak and new American oak, which provides a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 20 months in new French and American oak barrels.
