  • Winemaking: Wild yeast with a maximum temperature of 29ºC for 20 days, with 30 days of maceration.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense and deep in colour, it presents aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle notes of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish.
