Encurralado White is a wine from Pico Island and produced with the Arintos dos Açores, Verdelho and Vinha Centenária grape varieties. It has a straw yellow colour. On the nose it is intense, with notes of iodine, sea and grapefruit. It has a full, full-bodied attack and a very persistent aroma. In the mouth its acidity permeates the texture, resulting in a long and persistent finish. Ljubomir Stanisic and António Maçanita decided to repeat the dose and launch, from Pico, Encurralado 2019.

  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months on lees, 80% in French oak and 20% in stainless steel.
