Fitapreta Branco de Talha 2024

The Talha White is a wine based on the old Talha methodology, in search of complexity and regional identity (although it is a contradiction with current oenology), while simultaneously using the crushing/pressing techniques that we advocate. A different white, marked by the Talha, based first on the fruit and freshness of the grape varieties, with a second dimension dominated by the earthy, almost chemical notes of the Talha. In the mouth, some texture, always supported by tension and acidity.
