Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Grapes from old vines, over 60 years old, from Baixo Corgo in the Douro.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked in 20kg boxes. Reception with destemming and partial crushing, completing with whole bunches, followed by cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature in order to obtain an elegant and smooth wine, without excessive extraction.
  • Tasting Notes: Open ruby color. Stunning aroma, notable nuances of red plum and wild berries where the freshness of the fruit seduces. On the palate, balance prevails, combining the flavor of the fruit with a crisp acidity. Long and pleasant finish.
