Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Grapes from a single plot of 30-year-old vines, located north of the Cima Corgo Region in a schist/granite transition zone, at an altitude of 600m with a predominant southern exposure.
  • Winemaking: Reception without destemming, followed by pressing, clarification at 7ºC for 1 day. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at approximately 18ºC. Aging for 5 months in stainless steel vats with fine lees.
  • Tasting Notes: Clear in color, with a very exuberant aroma, where floral and exotic notes predominate. In the mouth, it is very elegant with a predominance of white-fleshed fruits amidst a vibrant acidity that makes this wine a true refreshment.
