Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Grapes from old vines, from the Douro Superior, planted in schist soils.
  • Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Receipt complete with destemming, crushing, followed by a two-day cold maceration at 10°C. Fermentation is conducted by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
  • Tasting Notes: A straw-yellow wine with a crystalline appearance, the nose reveals citrus and mineral notes, unmistakable characteristics of the Rabigato variety.   • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels and 24 months in the bottle.
