Guyot Red is a wine with a bright, translucent ruby colour, with the vintage not allowing for too much colour extraction. Aromas of wild berries, blackcurrant and black plum, wrapped in a vanilla-led ensemble. Fresh notes, reminiscent of mint and pine, which appear secondarily after aeration in a decanter.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Grapes from a single plot, over 100 years old, in schist soils and at an altitude of 450m.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Reception with total destemming. Fermentation carried out with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature, in order to obtain a slow fermentation with high extraction.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright, translucent ruby color, with the harvest year not allowing for too much color extraction. Aroma of wild berries, currants and black plums, wrapped in a set led by vanilla.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
