Technical Sheet
  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Mechanical harvest at night. Total destemming. Maceration before fermentation for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 22ºC and 28º, in stainless steel vats. Maceration after fermentation for between 5 and 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in a stainless steel still.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color with violet hues. White flowers, wet leaves and tobacco aromas. In the mouth it is light with soft tannins, long and mineral.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Nuno Franco and Alexandre Relvas
