  • Winemaking: Hand-picked in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table, very light destemming to crack the berries. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations at controlled temperatures. 21-day Cuvaison.
  • Tasting Notes: Violet ruby color, concentrated. Exuberant nose, leather, spices and blackcurrants. Round, smooth and rich attack. Good freshness and persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
