  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table, very light destemming to crack the berry. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 21-day Cuvaison.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated ruby violet color. Intense nose, aromas of black fruits and balsamic. Full attack, full-bodied, full of aroma, with round tannins and good persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels
