  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by tight selection on a selection table. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation occurred at 12º degrees.

  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel vats with fermentation at controlled temperatures.
