  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by tight selection on a selection table. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation occurred at 12º degrees.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale citrus yellow color, fresh nose, lemon, notes of tea leaves, with some pineapple. In the mouth, freshness and minerality predominate, with the ever-present texture of Antão Vaz.
  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel vats with fermentation at controlled temperatures.
