Herdade do Perú White is a wine with a bright greenish straw colour. On the nose it is fresh with lots of yellow stone fruit, intense and with a floral finish. On the palate, the freshness and volume of this long and intense wine are clearly noticeable, with floral notes and a fresh and persistent finish.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand during the month of September. Grapes are selected in the field and in the winery, followed by total destemming and gentle crushing. Gentle pressing with temperature control. Cold decantation for 48 hours.
  • Tasting Notes: Bright greenish straw color, fresh on the nose with lots of yellow stone fruit, intense and with a floral finish. On the palate, the freshness and volume of this long and intense wine are clearly noticeable, with floral notes and a fresh and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel vats followed by "bâttonage" of the fine lees for 6 months. Aged "sor-lies" until bottling.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes
