  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand at the beginning of September. Grapes are selected in the field and completely destemmed in the winery. Pressing at 40% yield to ensure little color extraction. Cold decantation for 48 hours.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a fresh nose with notes of peach and red fruit with nuances of well-integrated wood. Very fresh and complex palate with red fruit and stone fruit again emerging, with a broad and long finish with a support of acidity balancing the sweetness of the wood.
  • Maturation: Partial aging in new and used French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Aging with bâttonage for 1 year until bottling.
  • Serve: Between 9ºC and 11ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes
