  • Winemaking: Hand-picked in 12 kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes were manually selected “grape by grape” on a vibrating sorting table. After a 72-hour cold skin maceration, fermentation took place in French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color. Balsamic notes with woody and graphite hints in a consistent, mineral and subtle combination, revealing the terroir where it originated. A multidimensional and firm flavor marked by the freshness and smoothness of the batch. Excellent storage potential.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
