  • Winemaking: Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Yellow color with golden hues. On the nose it has great aromatic complexity that suggests dried fruits and notes of honey. Complex mouthfeel, with plenty of volume and plenty of freshness.
  • Maturation: Aged for 16 months in 400-liter French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 14ºC
