  • Winemaking: The grapes, hand-picked, were stored in a cold chamber for three days. Whole bunches were pressed, followed by static decantation and spontaneous fermentation at 17ºC. After fermentation, the wine remained on its lees until bottling. The wine was bottled without clarification or filtration.
  • Tasting Notes: Light salmon color. Delicate aroma with a certain sophistication, highlighting notes of blackcurrant, pomegranate and raspberry, as well as some aromatic herbs. Imperative acidity based on a steely texture, providing immense freshness that continues until the long and vibrant finish. Rosé with personality.
