Hugo Mendes Vital is a wine from a fresh and airy terroir. It is acidic, light and has very present vegetal notes. It has a simple aroma, still quite closed but clean and pleasant, with an expressive mouthfeel. It clearly shows signs that aging in the bottle will do it wonders.

  • Winemaking: Grapes harvested at two different ripening stages, spontaneous fermentations and separate aging. Batch made before bottling. 100% fermented and aged in stainless steel. Late bottling to enhance the independent evolution of the two batches.
