  • Soil: Clay-schist soil.
  • Winemaking: The grapes arrive at the winery in 20 kg boxes and are sent directly to the wine press. Fermentation begins just 3 days after the grapes arrive, during which time much of their essence is extracted.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color with moderate acidity and a silky, pleasant body, which brings back memories of old-fashioned wines. An intense, tasty, fresh, complex red with remarkable balance.
  • Maturation: Aged in new and used 500 and 600 liter French oak barrels for 18 months.
