Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Produced at Herdade das Assentes de Baixo, from carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes of the Antão Vaz variety.
  • Winemaking: Pre-pressing maceration. Vinified in 5,000 L stainless steel vats using the “open spout” method. Fermentation was carried out at temperatures close to 18ºC. During alcoholic fermentation, the lees are raised in the tank.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a citrine color, a rich and immediately attractive aroma, fresh, intense and fruity, citrus and with well-marked notes of tropical fruits. The palate is soft and balanced and has a fruity and long finish. Light and with very good acidity that gives it great freshness.
