Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Unique new vineyard planted at altitude.
  • Winemaking: The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the second week of September. The grapes were duly selected, subjected to direct pressing of the entire bunch, and then the fermentation process was carried out over a period of 20 days.
  • Tasting Notes: A citrus yellow wine, extremely fragrant, with an aroma of white fruit and light orange blossom. In the mouth it is enveloping with extreme freshness on the palate, finishing with minerality.
  • Maturation: Aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
