Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Sandy soil of granite origin.
  • Winemaking: The grapes arrive at the winery in 20kg boxes and are gently pressed. The must is decanted at 8°C for two to three days. Fermentation is spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: A wine with a slight reduction on the nose, with notes of chalk and gunpowder. The palate is floral, with acidity, and notes of white stone fruit and lemon blossom. It's a fresh and subtle wine.
  • Maturation: Aged on total lees.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
