  • Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel with batonnage on fine lees for 4 months.
  • Tasting Notes: A pale straw-colored wine with greenish reflections, with hints of orange and some almond. It is a delicate, fine, subtle and complex wine. Overall, it is harmonious, full-bodied and persistent.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in used 500L French oak barrels.
