Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Old vineyards located between Vidigueira and Cuba. Low-productivity soils of granite origin.
  • Winemaking: The winemaking process was carried out using the traditional method, in clay jars and without temperature control. The ancestral way of making wine in clay jars was fully respected. Fermentation was carried out using yeasts indigenous to the region and without any additions or corrections to the must.
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby color and on the nose it has notes of wild berries with a vegetal touch. On the palate, it is creamy with a saline and textured minerality. The finish is marked by great freshness.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in clay amphorae.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 16ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes with Pedro Ribeiro
  • Conservation: With longevity until 2028.
  • Food Pairing: Pairs well with white meat dishes and less intense cheeses.
