Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Carlão, Cima Corgo. Vineyards 110-130 years old at 580-720m altitude, soils in transition from schist to granite, with an average production of 1100kg/ha.
  • Winemaking: Horse-drawn farming. Manual harvest into 18kg boxes. Partial destemming of the grapes combined with whole bunch, maceration for 40 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Light ruby-violet color, open, with notes of fresh fruit and aromas of resin. In the mouth great complexity, texture and depth.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
