Pr1v1l3g.1um is a wine with a very interesting aroma, with the grape varieties (fortunately) less pronounced than usual. Complex aromas, summer citrus, fresh bay leaves, green berries, a perception of acidity and freshness. The palate is even more dimensional, supported by a beautiful mineral and marine acidity (7.7 g/L), with sea crystals, seaweed and citrus peel, with a long finish.

  • Winemaking: Manual in 20kg boxes. Spontaneous fermentation partially in stainless steel with temperature control, partially in French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Very interesting aroma, with the grape varieties (fortunately) less pronounced than usual. Complex atmosphere, summer citrus, fresh bay leaf, green berries, perception of acidity and freshness. The palate has even more dimension, supported by beautiful mineral and marine acidity (7.7 g/L), with sea crystals and seaweed and citrus peel with a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. One of the barrels with a veil of flower.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
