Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyards with soil of schist origin.
  • Winemaking: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the grapes are trodden by foot in a small wine press. Fermentation starts spontaneously and lasts approximately 20 days. The grapes remain in the wine press for approximately 2 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Elegant, powerful and fruity from the Douro wine region. It has an extraordinary aromaticity, highlighting notes of blackberries, wild berries and raspberries, as well as soft barrel notes, along with juicy and well-defined tannins.

  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
