  • Winemaking: Vinification using the traditional Port Wine method. Alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of grape brandy.
  • Tasting Notes: Golden color, on the nose citrus aromas, tangerine peel, peach jam, dried fruits and honey. On the palate it is full but elegant, well integrated and has a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged in oak casks.
  • Serve: Between 15ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: José Pinto Gaspar
  • Conservation: Store horizontally at 15ºC, away from direct light.
