Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Plot of 3 hectares, part of a group of 8 hectares, of vineyards planted in 2016, installed on a wide slope of medium altitude (480 meters), exposed to the south, with a gradient of approximately 30%. Soil of granite origin. Plot Vineyard planted exclusively for sparkling wine.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on August 26th. The grapes were pressed whole without destemming. Decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: It is a sparkling wine made from a vineyard planted exclusively to produce grapes for sparkling wine using the classic method. It reveals a persistent bubble.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation in the bottle with free yeasts and aged on lees for 18 months, disgorgement.
  • Serve: Between 6º and 8ºC
  • Winemaker: Francisco Montenegro and Amílcar Salgado
