Technical Sheet
  • Soil: 20-year-old extreme vine of the Malvasia Fina variety. Training with bilateral cordon and heel pruning.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of August. After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, at the entrance to the winery they were then refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. Subsequent cold decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Light and citrus in color. It has an elegant aroma, dominated by floral notes, followed by an aromatic freshness of tangerine. When tasted, it appears light, with lively acidity and expressive minerality.
