Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Ungrafted vines in sandy soil. To obtain a natural concentration of grapes, only one bunch per vine was left, which was harvested in September.
  • Winemaking: Vinification with destemming, fermentation in barrels (10-12 days). Stabilization without filtration. With age, it may present deposits. The wine now comes from an area increased to 2.5ha. As each vine produces only one bunch, that is, one glass of wine, it is necessary to work six vines annually to obtain one bottle. This is due not only to the lower production of the grafted vines, but also to the successive green harvests we do to obtain a very full-bodied wine that can hide the grape tannins and acidity typical of the region's climate.
  • Tasting Notes: Excellent concentration, crisp acidity and great complexity, red fruits such as raspberries, cherries, along with dark fruits, spices, raisins, resin, wet earth, shrubs and dried herbs. A pure, precise, elegant and persistent wine that promises to age for many years.
  • Maturation: Aged in new Voges + Neversl oak barrels (500L) for 24 months.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
