  • Soil: It is planted in 2-bard levels at an altitude of approximately 650 meters at Quinta dos Castelares.
  • Winemaking: After complete destemming and light pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: A rich and expressive wine that conveys emotions, with a bright golden color, notes of minerality together with tropical and citrus fruits, light woody nuances with small touches of walnuts and hazelnuts, present and balanced acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels, followed by batonnage for approximately 6 months on fine lees.
