  • Soil: The vineyard is planted on double-bard terraces and high vines. Dominant orientation: North-East.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked. Gentle pressing of whole bunches. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Partial fermentation in new fine-grain French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a Freixenista character from the Douro Superior. It has an intense and complex aroma of white fruits and a mineral touch, balanced by the aging in barrels.
  • Maturation: Aged for 6 months in French (2/3) and American (1/3) oak barrels.
