Rosa Santos Família 2019 is an opaque red wine. Aromas of jelly, compote, blackberry and sour cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Very soft wood notes, a long and persistent finish denoting good integration in the wood and recalling the aromas. É É is a wine cherished by a winemaking tradition, where the producer intends to honor the memory of all the family patriarchs with this wine.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Very schist, with little thickness, low fertility index and water deficiencies.
  • Winemaking: Fermentation in 225L barrels without tops, foot treading, 15 days post-fermentation maceration and 24 months aging in new French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine of opaque red color. Aroma of jelly, compote, blackberry and sour cherry, with some floral nuances reminiscent of roses. Very soft notes of wood, a long and persistent finish denoting good integration in the wood and recalling the aromas.
