Rosé Fitapreta is “undated” and combines the freshness of younger harvests with the complexity of aging on lees, which only older harvests can provide. It is a fine and complex wine, without ever ceasing to be fresh and simple, as a great Rosé should be. Very light salmon color. It has a creamy texture on the palate that is balanced by refreshing acidity.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: The grapes come from top-quality vineyards in the Alentejo region, in the south of Portugal. The vineyards, which are produced in an integrated manner, are grown on very poor soils of schist or granite origin, naturally producing very concentrated grapes. The aromatic profile is further enhanced by the cultural practices of defoliation, topping and weeding of green bunches.
  • Winemaking: Very selective manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Transport to the winery in a refrigerated truck. The bunches are carefully selected on a sorting table. Spontaneous fermentation, 55% bleeding and 45% direct pressing.
  • Tasting Notes: Very light salmon color. It has a creamy texture on the palate that is balanced with a refreshing acidity.
