Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Made from grapes grown in Alentejo vineyards that are approximately 20 years old and are cared for to produce quality wines. Poor granite soils and infertile rocky schist soils with low production quantities but where the priority is quality. Our grapes are also grown under an integrated and certified production system.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are all selected manually and after selection and crushing, they are transported by gravity to stainless steel tanks and pre-macerated in cold conditions. Fermentation is spontaneous and post-fermentation maceration lasts approximately 22 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated violet color. On the nose, fresh black fruits and some notes of grass and a floral touch. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with excellent acidity and structure. Firm, round tannins and a long, persistent finish.
  • Maturation: 50% aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel.
  • Serve: Serve at 16ºC and drink at 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Antonio Maçanita
  • Conservation: Store at 12ºC
  • Food Pairing: It goes well with grilled or roasted red meats, with some fat. It also goes well with pizzas and pasta.
