  • Soil: This wine is made from a blend of grapes from vines over 30 years old.
  • Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel vats for 30 days at controlled temperatures between 10ºC and 12ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a salmon color. It has a complex and intense aroma with notes of green raspberry and bitter cherry. Elegant, fine, bright, intense and with a perfect balance between acidity and some notes of wood. It has a long, fresh and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged in used French oak barrels for 6 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
  • Winemaker: Duarte da Costa and Ana Isabel Almeida
  • Conservation: Dark and cool place (12ºC to 14ºC), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Consume within 5 years.
  • Food Pairing: Aperitif or to drink with a barbecue in the summer.
