  • Soil: Grapes from 23-year-old vines.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 20 kg boxes. Grape selection on a sorting table. Total destemming and light pressing, where the must was obtained using the open spout process. Subsequently statically decanted at a low temperature for a period of 24 hours. Partial fermentation of 15% in used Hungarian oak barrels and 85% in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 16ºC for a period of 21 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Medium pale color, straw hue. It has a delicate aroma of orange blossom combined with white stone fruit. In the mouth it has a long finish, presenting a balanced volume.
  • Maturation: It aged naturally in contact with fine lees for 9 months in stainless steel vats and new Hungarian oak barrels, followed by a 9-month ageing in the bottle until its release.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
